General Purpose: Inspire ppl

Specific Purpose: Encourage ppl to break their own rule by explain our National Holiday’s experience with recently read book.

Hello PGTMembers. How was your Lunar New year day? Anything change from last year?  I would like to share my stories related National Holidays. For a long time, my role was confined to two ways. I enjoy delicious food made by aunts and mother. I sit at back seat in family car on the way going to aunt house. When I have grown up, I have been curious about why I did same thing every National Holiday without participating making dishes for ceremony or do drive for my family. What a shame. I have just stayed a child over 20 years. Curiosity about Principal. That question drive me this book.

 I brought a book. The writer tells us ‘Scattering own your place’ break their own task or role and he show experience with his story but greater change than me. Actually, He is my past president of university Dongyeon Kim. He is most impressive president I have ever met. You can catch up many stories in his book. There are a lot of story. Today, I share one example of them.  He promoted ‘A cheerful insurrection’ Campaign so called 유쾌한 반란. He does many programs to encourage college student to jump up from their own world.

 He said ‘We must improve ourselves by criticizing which things regulate, tie up(얽매이다) and confine us for a long time’. 학생들에게 자신의 방법으로 새로운 경험을 하길 원했어요. 특이하게도 그 분은 After you라는 장학 프로그램을 만드셨어요. 외국으로 유학을 보내는 프로그램 인 것은 일반 프로그램과 다름 없었습니다. 다만, 영어성적과 상관없이 오직 다른 친구의 추천으로만 갈 수 있는 선정방식이 독특했습니다 (Not recommend yourself. But do for your friend who deserve to go but not to go without finantial help. What a cheerful approach he has!  Please come to my story again.  Nobody asks me to change and take your own role. I strongly feel I change my passive roles from my willingness. For the first times, relatives wonder it time but soon they understand by themselves. ‘why do you do that form now on?’ Additionally, I told the aunts I would like to cook dishes together from now on. They praise my behavior even though it is a matter of course(당연한 일). o you have any experience ignore ‘why’ because ‘Oh, That’s the way it goes(원래 그런 것이다)? + (원래그런것이다 라는 말 추가) Do you confine your imagination and potential by role or task or JD. If yes, Then, I highly recommend read this book. For our community and personal growth.

Q) What could the speaker have done differently to make the speech more effective?

A) How about putting the main idea straightly before example to easily get to the point? It is just my suggestion

Q) What did you like about the presentation?

A) Two example he presents suceedly are well-organized to meet his goals. Apparently after first time, I am not sure it did but at alst It did. It was so unique and it was his power on communication.
